It is nice material but it is not 40x40, it is 40x32… see picture it is obviously a rectangle not a square. The elephant one that I ordered 3 years ago in second picture is actually 42x34, even tho it also says 40x40 on the tag, it is a much better size for swaddling, this one is just a little short. The fabric does have a bit of stretch tho and my babies like it better than other swaddle blankets.
